DEPOSIT
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable.
Once the deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed.
OUTSTANDING PAYMENT
Full payment must be completed before the service begins. Cash or card payments are accepted.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
If unforeseen circumstances arise, Georgia Rose Artistry reserves the right to cancel an appointment in cases of illness or emergency. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will result in future bookings being declined.
STUDIO RULES
Only clients receiving makeup services are allowed in the studio unless agreed upon beforehand.
Children and babies are not permitted in the studio for safety reasons.
SERVICE PREPARATION
Makeup clients must arrive with a clean, washed face.
Hair styling clients must have clean hair (washed within the last 2 days).
REFUSING SERVICE
Georgia Rose reserves the right to refuse service if a client:
Displays skin lesions, cold sores, eye infections, head lice, or suspicious rashes.
Shows aggression, sexism, homophobia, or hate speech.
TRAVEL
Any parking fees incurred due to the appointment location will be the client’s responsibility.
Travel fee is $1 per kilometre and a minimum of $15
CLIENT INFORMATION
Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing skin/hair conditions before the service.
If any accidents or damages occur due to the application of makeup or hairstyling, the client is responsible for replacing damaged items.
No refunds.
